OUR TEAM

Collectively, our multidisciplinary leadership group represents a deep bench of talent drawn from some of the most respected names in the global mining sector. Between them they bring more than 80 years of hands‑on experience spanning the entire lithium value chain—from greenfield exploration and resource definition through to chemical processing, plant commissioning, and steady‑state operations. Several team members have served as qualified persons (QPs) on NI 43‑101 and JORC‑compliant resource estimates, while others have led drill‑out campaigns that converted early‑stage discoveries into bankable reserves.

On the processing side, our senior chemical and metallurgical engineers have designed and optimised bench‑scale, pilot, and commercial circuits for spodumene and salar brines alike, consistently achieving battery‑grade lithium products. Our track record includes the introduction of innovative roast‑leach flowsheets, state‑of‑the‑art impurity‑removal trains, and closed‑loop water‑recycle systems that materially reduce reagent consumption and the project’s overall environmental footprint.

Project execution is another area of strength. The group has collectively overseen more than US$4 billion in capital projects on five continents—delivering them safely, on schedule, and under budget—by applying rigorous stage‑gate methodologies, disciplined cost control, and robust risk‑mitigation frameworks. Several professionals on the team have managed full EPC/EPCM scopes, negotiated offtake agreements with tier‑one battery manufacturers, and navigated complex regulatory regimes to secure construction and operating permits in multiple jurisdictions.
